TRX Group Suspension Instructor

Chris Moeller is level 1 TRX group suspension instructor. She has been exercising – boot camps, spinning, TRX, weight training and running (10K’s and half marathons) – for several years, and her love of fitness led her to become a certified TRX group instructor. She strives to teach clients to be the best that they can be and to constantly challenge themselves through exercise and living a healthy balanced life. As a wife and busy mother of three, she understands that finding time for fitness can be a huge challenge, but it can be done. Chris has found that TRX suspension training can be a great way to get in an efficient and effective workout. It engages your core, as well as working many other muscle groups, all at the same time for the entire workout. TRX can be tailored to people of all ages and abilities.
