An event every week that begins at 6:00 pm on Tuesday and Thursday, repeating until December 31, 2020

This class requires a 120 day commitment. Class meets twice a week for small group training. Participants receive off day workouts and cardio routines. This class offers the accountability you need to reach your goals.
